Robert Miller
Founder / Composer / Visionary
Robert Miller is a critically acclaimed composer and industry veteran, boasting a prolific 33-year career in film, television, and the concert hall. Encouraged by mentors like Aaron Copland, Robert has scored over 80 films and nearly 3,000 commercials, leading to prestigious accolades including seven CLIOs and five Emmy Awards. His profound creative collaborations span working with pioneering editor Walter Murch to scoring six shows for the Hayden Planetarium, demonstrating a rare blend of artistic depth and commercial expertise. He is represented in film and television by The Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency.

Carolyn Miller
Composer / Contemporary Voice / Pop & RnB Artist
A graduate of the prestigious Clive Davis Institute at NYU Tisch, Caro Miller brings a dynamic, contemporary voice to the Perpetual Motion team. As a full-time composer, she has recently delivered original music for major campaigns, including Google's “New Ways to Search”. She is also an accomplished Pop & RnB artist whose debut EP reached over 150,000 streams, solidifying her role as the bridge between current musical trends and high-level commercial composition. Her experience also includes lending her voice as the lead singer for the Coca Cola Superbowl Advertisement.

Ethan Johnson
Composer / Producer / LA Studio Head
Based in Los Angeles, Ethan Johnson serves as Perpetual Motion's connection to the vibrant West Coast music scene. An accomplished composer, producer, and guitarist, he has lent his talents to projects ranging from performing on NPR Tiny Desk to producing for artists like Audrey Nuna. Focusing heavily on modern production, he leads the duo 2DUMB, collaborating with popular hip-hop producers to ensure Perpetual Motion's sound is always current, fresh, and relevant for today's market.

Brian Langman
Senior Audio Mixer / Sound Designer / Post-Production Master
Brian Langman is a master of audio post-production, offering over two decades of creative experience as a sound designer and re-recording mixer. His extensive repertoire includes large studio features for directors like Lasse Hallström and Tony Gilroy, alongside specialized museum installations. Brian's long-standing partnership with the Hayden Planetarium to create detailed soundscapes, including the newest show Encounters in the Milky Way, underscores his technical versatility and commitment to achieving world-class final mixes.

Becca Stevens is celebrated for her genre-defying sound that fuses folk, jazz, pop, and classical roots. Her collaborative history includes work with global figures like David Crosby and Jacob Collier, and she recently made her Broadway debut in ILLINOISE. Her unique, emotionally resonant artistry is a key asset to the Perpetual Motion network, providing specialized songwriting and vocal talent for select projects.

Bernie Williams
Jazz Musician / MLB Legend

Bernie Williams brings a fascinating blend of professional excellence and artistic passion. The former New York Yankees center fielder and four-time World Series champion is also a classically trained guitarist and a Latin Grammy-nominated jazz musician. His collaborative involvement highlights the company's appreciation for discipline, high achievement, and the powerful synergy between different creative worlds.

Reinhard Denke
Veteran Sound Designer / Long-Standing Creative Partner

A thirty-year veteran of the music and sound design industry, Reinhard Denke has founded pivotal music post-production houses, including Primal Scream and stimmüng. As Robert Miller's long-time creative collaborator since 2003, his expertise is integral to Perpetual Motion's offering. Denke's numerous AICP and CLIO awards underscore his excellence in crafting award-winning sound design.
ROBERT MILLER
Founder / Composer

Robert W. Miller has been a prolific composer in film, television and the concert hall for over 33 years. A graduate of the Mannes College of Music in New York City, Robert was encouraged to enter the world of film scoring by his mentors Aaron Copland, William Schuman and Edgar David Grana.
Robert has provided scores for nearly 3,000 commercials with notable directors including Lance Acord, Noam Murro, Rupert Sanders, Dante Ariola, John Hillcoat, and Nicolai Fuglsig. His work is featured in over 80 film scores, two television series, and numerous works for the concert hall and stage. Among Robert’s work in film are several collaborations with pioneering editor and sound designer, Walter Murch, renowned documentarian Eugene Jarecki, ten time Emmy award winning director Jon Hock, director Steven Spielberg (as executive producer) and Oscar-winning director Thomas Lennon.
In 2017, Robert collaborated with choreographer Troy Schumacher on a new
ballet entitled “The Wind Still Brings” for the New York City Ballet.
Robert also has a long standing creative relationship with Neil deGrasse Tyson and The American Museum of Natural History’s Hayden Planetarium, having scored six Space Shows since 2008, including the planetarium’s current show, “Worlds Beyond Earth” which premiered winter of 2020. The planetariums newest show “Encounters in the Milky Way” is currently in pre-production and will premiere June 2025.
Among other new film projects, Robert is crrently scoring ESPN’s biggest series to date entitled “The Yankees Win” directed by Johnhock and produced by JJ Abrams.
Robert’s work has garnered the industry’s highest honors: British Academy Television Awards, ADDY’s, AICPs, seven CLIO’s and five Emmy Awards.
The Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency in Los Angeles represents Miller in film and television.

CAROLYN MILLER
Composer / Song Writer / Performer / Producer

Caro Miller is a 26-year-old Pop & RnB artist, songwriter and producer based in New York City. Caro has been involved in the music industry for her entire life, beginning her career performing in the Metropolitan Opera Children’s Chorus, then moving on to work as a session vocalist on various film & tv projects as a teenager, and finally transitioning into a professional songwriter and artist in her late teens/early
twenties. Post-graduating from the prestigious Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in May 2021, Caro is currently employed as a full-time composer for the music production company Perpetual Motion, writing for advertisements, film & tv. She is also working on her own artist project, as well as writing to pitch to other artists.
Some notable advertisements that Caro has written for recently include: Google “New Ways to Search” (Fall 2023), several St Germain Liquor social media ads (2022 & 2023), Assured Guaranty “Model City” (Fall 2023), and Altra “Running Shoes” (2022). As a session vocalist, she has been successful in landing various large scale projects, one being the lead singer in the 2014&2017 Coca Cola Superbowl Advertisement “It’s Beautiful.”
In addition, Caro’s debut 6-track pop EP titled “Is It Over” was released in December 2024, having reached over 150,000 streams on Spotify in just a few months.

ETHAN JOHNSON
Composer / Producer / Guitar Player

Ethan Johnson is a music producer, songwriter, and guitarist from NY, working in LA. As a guitarist, he’s performed on notable internet performance series, NPR Tiny Desk. Additionally, Ethan has produced music for artists such as Audrey Nuna, Trevor Spitta, 3ee, and many others. After his recent move to LA, Ethan has opened a studio in North Hollywood and is focusing on his production duo, 2DUMB, with popular hip-hop producer Babbis (Rich the Kid, Armani White). 2DUMB has an
exciting year ahead with lots of music coming out from artists such as 3ee, Ella Rosa, Trevor Spitta, Celine Wanyi, and many more.

BRIAN LANGMAN
Senior Audio Mixer / Sound Designer

Brian Langman is a prolific sound designer and re-recording mixer with over two decades of creative audio post experience. His repertoire boasts an impressive body of work including feature films, documentaries, television, theatrical productions and speciality museum installations. After graduating from NYU Brian spent the next four years as chief sound engineer at Cynergy Communications Inc. in NYC.
In 2015, Brian joined forces with ProMediaNYC, a post production facility in the heart of New York City that provides the complete post production package for sound design, mixing, total picture finishing, titling, and color correction.
His credit list covers everything from large studio features for directors like Lasse Halstrom, Tony Gilroy, and Harold Ramis, to indie features like “Secretary” and the Sundance winner “The Believer”. Other notable film projects include “Drumline” for Charles Stone, the documentary “Brothers Keeper” for Joe Berlinger, “Analyze That” for Harold Raymus and “The Hoax” for Lasse Hallström. Recently, Brian has done work for Google, and Bank of America.
Brian also has a long standing creative relationship with The American Museum of Natural History’s Hayden Planetarium, having created sound design work for multiple planetarium shows, including the planetarium’s newest show, “Encounters in the Milky Way.”

BECCA STEVENS
Singer/Songwriter
Twice GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter Becca Stevens blends her Appalachian and classical roots with jazz, folk, pop, and world music influences, creating a genre-defying sound marked by luminous vocals and mastery of multiple string instruments.
Since founding the Becca Stevens Band in 2006, she’s toured internationally and collaborated with artists including David Crosby (as a member of his Lighthouse Band), Jacob Collier, Michael League, Taylor Eigsti, and the Secret Trio. Her work with Attacca Quartet and violist Nathan Schram earned her a 2023 GRAMMY nomination, and she’s appeared on projects with Brad Mehldau, Chris Thile, Gretchen Parlato, Laura Mvula, and others.
Her latest album, Maple to Paper (GroundUP, 2024), is a raw and intimate collection recorded live without overdubs, reflecting on grief and transformation with stripped-down guitar and vocal performances, mixed by longtime collaborator Nic Hard.
In 2024, Stevens made her Broadway debut in ILLINOISE, the Sufjan Stevens-inspired musical by Justin Peck and Jackie Sibblies Drury. She is currently touring across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., continuing her path as an adventurous, emotionally resonant artist and storyteller.

BERNIE WILLIAMS
Musician/Professional Baseball Player
Bernabé Williams Figueroa Jr. (born September 13, 1968) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball player and current musician. He played his entire 16-year career in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the New York Yankees from 1991 through 2006.
A center fielder, Williams was a member of four World Series championship teams with the Yankees. He ended his career with a .297 batting average, 287 home runs, 1,257 runs batted in (RBI), 1,366 runs scored, 449 doubles, and a .990 fielding percentage. He was a five-time All-Star and won four Gold Glove Awards, a Silver Slugger Award, the American League (AL) batting title in 1998, and the 1996 AL Championship Series Most Valuable Player Award. Known for his consistency and postseason heroics, Williams is one of the most beloved Yankees.
The team honored him by retiring his uniform number 51 and dedicating a plaque to him in Monument Park in May 2015. Williams is widely regarded as one of the greatest switch-hitting center fielders in history. Williams is also a classically trained guitarist. Following his retirement from baseball, he has released two jazz albums. He was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2009.

REINHARD DENKE
Reinhard Denke, a graduate of USC Cinema School, is a thirty-year veteran of the music/sound design industry. He’s founded three pivotal music post-production houses – Primal Scream, stimmüng and Sound Industries. Denke has worked with Robert Miller since 2003 when they began their twenty-two-year creative collaboration. Denke has won numerous AICP awards for excellence in sound design as well as Clios.
